Contract for Purchases

MAK Data Insights offers paid products/services. When you place an order, you are required to pay for the products immediately. MAK Data Insights is not responsible for delays in delivery due to force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

Product/Service Delivery Time

Electronic delivery typically takes 24-48 hours. Hard copies require a longer wait time, as they are dispatched from the United States or European Union. Users are encouraged to opt for soft copies for instant delivery and to support the "Go Green initiative."

Shipping Charges

There is no shipping charge for electronically delivered reports. Hard copies, however, incur a shipping charge of up to $330, which must be paid before processing and dispatch.

Refund/Return Policy

Indemnity Clause

Users cannot hold MAK Data Insights responsible for damages, fees, or actions arising from the inability to keep the Terms and Conditions.
